1. 6.3 mile Run - Wednesday
2. 2 hour Rail work session - Thursday
3. Fastest 55 (Burpees, Pullups, Handstand Pushups) - Friday
4. Hour and a half Rail Walking, Cat Walking, Vault and Roll training session - Saturday
